Meetings are held monthly; typically the third tuesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Callanan Middle School cafeteria.

- Financial education
- Reducations in fees for park and recreation activities
- Holiday toys

These services are avaiable for residents of Des Moines and have annual gross incomes meeting 150% of federal poverty guidelines.
