On Thursday, April 9th there will be a military luminary service and presentation at the Woodland Heights Cemetery. Join us at 7 p.m.; taps are played at 9:00 p.m.

Fence Update – Polk County/Lisa vote still out; application
for grant is in (financial statement provided)
Greater DSM Foundation meeting – identified right steps were
being taken to get grants, etc.

the cemetery for donations ?

different projects around the cemetery

Deanna Clausen - Barry looking for listing of
potential donors based on those family members that are interned at the
cemetery
Need to contact IRS to get letter for IRS to prove
non-profit status. Really need for grant
files.
Need to set-up account to start collecting funds – need
40-50% of funds raised in the account before NIC and other grants will release
additional grants

We need your help = Mission Fence Painting
We are in the process with working with the city to repaint the fence around the Woodland Heights Cemetery. We're looking at redoing over a 1/2 mile of fence - need to scrape, powerwash and paint.
