Old Business
·         Discussion and vote on proposed By-Law change to reduce the Woodland Heights Organization board size from 11 to 7 members.
·         Nominations and election of officers and board members.
·         Additional ideas for By-Law changes may be brought up to be discussed and voted on at a future meeting.

New Business
·         Discussion and vote of moving July and August meetings to Smokey Row Coffee Shop at 1910 Cottage Grove Avennue.
·         Need volunteers to organize Neighborhood Night Out event to be held Tuesday, August 7 in Chamberlain Park.
·         Proposal to have quarterly board meetings
